Hi, I’m Sarah — the founder of Digital Goat.

I bring over 25 years of experience working in IT and Cyber Communications with the Ministry of Defence, where I built a strong foundation in technology, strategy, security, and problem-solving within complex, high-pressure environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that are robust, user-focused, and outcome-driven.

After many rewarding years in defence, I reached a point where I wanted to explore new opportunities. I was looking for work that allowed me to be present with my children, while also enabling me to apply my skills to projects I genuinely felt passionate about. This marked the beginning of my digital marketing journey — and Digital Goat was born.

Founded in 2023 and based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom, Digital Goat has been steadily growing as a digital marketing consultancy focused on helping businesses thrive online. Over recent years, my professional development has evolved to include Design Thinking methodologies, User Experience (UX), and Digital Marketing, blending strategic thinking with creativity and user-centred design.

My background in project management, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, underpins how I work today. I apply these principles to explore new ideas, adopt emerging technologies, and develop practical, effective digital solutions that make meaningful and measurable improvements for businesses operating predominantly online.

Over the past two years, Digital Goat has supported a range of organisations through volunteer roles, building a strong portfolio of evidence and hands-on experience. This has allowed me to refine my approach, test strategies in real-world environments, and deliver tangible results. Now, Digital Goat is ready to take the next step — offering professional digital marketing services for 2026 and beyond.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine desire to help businesses grow with confidence in the digital space. I believe great digital marketing is not about trends or quick wins, but about understanding people, solving the right problems, and creating strategies that work for the long term.
